Christmas in Paris
This time last year, I was in Paris. Just thinking about seeing Paris Christmas Lights again is a thrill.
Only three months after I moved to France, I was home-bound to spend the holidays with my family in Atlanta, Georgia. I left France with mixed emotions since I hated to leave my new apartment and friends in Uzes. So the stopover in Paris for a few days was a perfect way to get into the holiday mood.
Now that I look back, these photos bring back memories of how much I love Paris — especially at this magical time of year.
Paris Christmas Lights
Christmas in Paris, the city comes alive with a dazzling display of lights, earning its nickname the “City of Lights.”
The Eiffel Tower is adorned with colorful lights illuminating the night sky. The Champs-Élysées transforms into a magical holiday marketplace with twinkling lights and a Santa’s village along the way.
Christmas in Paris, the city sparkles with lights glittering on famous landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, and Arc de Triomphe, and the Seine River shines with shimmering reflections.
Parisians embrace the holiday by gathering in brightly lit squares and enjoying the festivities along with the crowds of visitors.

I Love Paris!
